The Green Monster Smoothie

I have started a new breakfast regime, the "Green Monster" smoothie every morning, of course after my k-cup of coffee. As a girl that doesn't eat a lot of vegetables, this really makes me feel accomplished for the day in that department. Don't be differed by the color, this little green monster is great and makes you feel a little Hollywood while walking around sipping on it.






Ingredients:

1 sliced frozen banana


3/4 scoop of vanilla protein powder


2 handfuls of spinach


2 cups of milk


* Add ice if needed, Blend on puree setting until smooth (of course you can add any/other ingredients you may like)
